We Offer Tutoring for Reading and Math for all Grade and Skill Levels.

Depending on your needs, tutoring sessions can be focused primarily on providing homework help or on personalized lessons focused on learning skills. In each session we work on study and organizational skills as needed. We offer scheduling for tutoring from 3pm to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Availability for scheduling is first-come, first-served and does change occasionally throughout the year. If no currently available time works for you, we can put you on a waiting list for that time slot and notify you immediately when it becomes available.

Reading

We are passionate about reading and want to help students of all ages become fluent and confident in their reading abilities. This includes students of any age who are not reading yet, students who can read but need help with reading comprehension, and students who are generally stuggling with their Language Arts class.

Math

We love math and have many years of experience helping students of all ages get up to speed in their math classes. We can help with basic arithmatic all the way up to Algebra 2 in high school. We simplify the concepts and help students see how math is practical in their daily lives. We also help students successfully navigate through the often confusing, common-core math curriculum.

 

We can also help students prepare for the math section of the GED or the California State Proficiency Test (CHSPE).
